Speaker's bio:

Mr. Joseph Baptiste is the Senior Business Leader of Airbus Helicopters. Joseph has rich experience in global helicopters industry and deep understanding in low altitude field. Joseph joined Airbus Helicopters 14 years ago to take charge of the first helicopter simulator in China. Over six fantastic years in the training division, he became a simulator instructor for pilots, gaining deep expertise in flight training and operations.
Following this, Joseph transitioned into marketing, traveling the world to promote the company's helicopters and engaging with customers across diverse markets. For the past three years, he has been based in China as Marketing and Sales Director, driving business development, fostering key partnerships, and strengthening the brand's presence in one of the world's most dynamic aviation markets.
