Gastronomic Tourism in Macau: Economic Impact & Opportunities

On August 28th, FMCC had the honor to invite Dr. Annabel Jackson, a writer, researcher and university lecturer specialising in food and wine, at The FMCC Breakfast Talk Rendez-Vous. Dr. Annabel shared her insights into Macau’s recognition as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy and discussed the importance of involving local stakeholders in promoting Macanese cuisine. She also expressed optimism about the future of Macau’s culinary scene, highlighting anticipated growth in Michelin-starred restaurants in Macau.
