We are thrilled to have had such a wonderful FMCC Culinary Arts Committee “Wine and Cheese Pairing Workshop” on March 20 at the Wine and Beverage Lab, MUST. Everyone explored and savored a variety of different cheeses and wines, and embarked on a delectable journey of taste sensations.

Special thanks to our presenter, Adolphus Foo, Founder of SommAsia & Committee Member of French Culinary Arts Committee -FMCC, for guiding us through the art of pairing wine and cheese.
